Casey Leonetti serves as Chief Operating Officer at HealthEdge, where she leads enterprise operations and strategic initiatives that drive execution, operational excellence, and long-term growth. She brings deep expertise in healthcare payer services, technology, business transformation, and innovation, with extensive leadership experience spanning operations, product development, and process improvement. Prior to HealthEdge, Casey was a Partner at Bain Capital focused on healthcare investments. She previously held senior leadership roles at CVS Health and The Boston Consulting Group. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree from Rice University.
