Purpose of the User Group
The One HealthEdge User Groups are customer communities that are focused on integrations between HealthEdge products. The goal of these User Groups is to exchange best practices and other information about customers’ experience with the integration between GuidingCare and HRP and HRP and Source.
We have 2 different integration user group forums that follow this framework and meet quarterly:
- Care-Payer
- Payer-Source

Agenda and Meeting Candence
In the One HealthEdge User Groups, the user group participants define the agenda topics. If customers would like for HealthEdge to present during the meeting, please submit the agenda topic at least 2 weeks in advanced using this link or you can send them to [email protected].

Care-Payer User Group: Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each quarter, 11:00am -12:00pm ET
For the Payer-Source User Group:
Payer-Source User Group: Meets on 1st Wednesday of the last month of each quarter, 11:00am-12:00pm ET.
