Accessing the Help Center

Available with Release 24.1 and later, the Help Center is accessible to customers upgrading to HealthRules Payer 24.1 with approved public IP addresses. Currently, the Help Center supports web access via Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge browsers.

How to Get Started

  1. Contact your Upgrade/Implementation team, Customer Service Executive, or email [email protected] to have your IPs approved.
  2. Access the Help Center through the HealthEdge website by hovering over the Resources menu and clicking Help Center or directly via https://helpcenter.healthedge.com/home/Content/Home.htm.
