Burlington, MA, December 3, 2020 – HealthEdge Software, Inc.® (“HealthEdge”), provider of the industry’s leading integrated financial, administrative and clinical platform for health insurers, HealthRules® Payor, today announced the key appointment of Michele Oliveto-Hill, PMP, as Senior Vice President, Professional Services. Oliveto-Hill is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt with 30 years of experience in business operations and information technology management in managed health care and revenue cycle management.
Oliveto-Hill has worked in the healthcare payer space for most of her career, operating a Medicaid health plan, and leading client services for delivery service organizations. She has held key positions in the creation and development of core services for multiple companies, including the implementation and management of numerous business process and system solutions for healthcare payers, providers, and vendor organizations.
Prior to joining HealthEdge, Oliveto-Hill worked at Lumeris as a Corporate VP, Solutions and Services, where she was responsible for large scale implementations for Medicare Advantage plans.

Ms. Oliveto-Hill has advanced studies certificates from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. She received her Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from Villanova University.
