HealthEdge Celebrates International Women’s Day

Panel kicked off month-long Women’s History Month recognition

Burlington, MA, March 15, 2021 – HealthEdge®, provider of the industry’s leading mission-critical claims processing, care management, and payment integrity technology solutions suite for payers, hosted a women’s leadership panel in celebration of INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY recognizing women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements & lifting up the voice for gender equality, around the world.

Key leaders from across the three product divisions, joined HealthEdge Board of Director, Anita Pramoda, for an in-depth discussion on how women can impact and influence organizational purpose and vision. “Bringing energy and clarity and helping everyone on the team to do better is how leaders excel,” said Ms. Pramoda.

Panelists included: Laura Tomaino, VP, People and Culture; Michele Oliveto-Hill, SVP Professional Services; Mary Altieri, VP, Clinical Economics and Reimbursement; and Michelle Heckman, Sr. Director, Implementation. Moderators were: Anu Sivasankar, Lead Interface Developer and Kendra Rozett McCormick, Manager, Infrastructure Engineering.

In addition to panel discussion, many HealthEdge team members participated in IWD’s #ChooseToChallenge initiative, posting content to their social pages, championing messages of support for gender equality, influencing behavior, or combatting biases. Throughout the month, HealthEdge plans to promote messages of support and leadership through its internal communications and social media channels.
