Participation

 

The HealthEdge GuidingCare User Group is a community of customers and the GuidingCare team.  It allows the GuidingCare team to introduce new features and receive feedback on planned solutions, and it focuses on additional topics as requested by customers.

 

Two User Groups are offered, one oriented around the Care Management module and one around the Utilization Management module.

 

The groups are open to all GuidingCare customers, with a focus on GuidingCare clinical and super users.

Agendas are posted on this page before each user group meeting. Expect to hear about newly released features, plan to give feedback on future solutions, and expect to discuss topics raised by fellow customers.
