GuidingCare User Group

Participation

 

The HealthEdge GuidingCare User Groups are communities of customers and the GuidingCare team.  It allows the GuidingCare team to introduce new features and receive feedback on planned solutions, and it focuses on additional topics as requested by customers.

 

We have 3 different user group forums that follow this framework and meet quarterly:

 

  • Care Management
  • Utilization Management/Appeals and Grievances
  • Reporting

In addition, we offer a monthly New Release Showcase that demonstrates new product functionality, feature adoption, external dependencies and helps customers identify the impact to their business and workflow.

To attend, please click REGISTER, complete the form.  You will shortly receive an email confirming your registration.  That email will provide the ability to copy the meeting invite(s) to your calendar.

 

 


Agenda and Meeting Candence 

 

Agendas will be sent to the registered user group members prior to each call.  A typical agenda is below along with the meeting cadences.

 

GuidingCare User Group – Care Management: Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each quarter, 1:00-2:00pm ET

 

GuidingCare User Group – Utilization Management & Appeals/Grievances: Meets 2nd Wednesday of each quarter, 1:00-2:30pm ET.

 

GuidingCare User Group – Reporting: Meets on 2nd Wednesday of the second month of each quarter, 2:00-3:00pm ET.
