HealthEdge Customer Forum Code of Conduct

Acceptance of Terms 

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are a legal agreement between you, as Customer Forum participant (“you” or “your”), and HealthEdge (“HealthEdge”, “we”, “our” or “us”). 

 

By participating in the HealthEdge Customer Forum program (the “Customer Forum”), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and represent that you are 18 years or older. If you do not accept these T&Cs, then you will not be allowed to participate in the Customer Forum. 

 

HealthEdge reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time without notice to you.  

 

Description of Customer Forum 

The Customer Forum is a community of customers designed to introduce new features and receive feedback on planned solutions.  Moreover, it provides a networking forum where you can bring topics for discussion with other customers. 

 

Customer Forum members will have the opportunity to view potential new features and provide feedback on planned solutions and additional topics as may be suggested by customers. 

 

Privacy; Communications Policy 

Your participation in the Customer Forum is subject to HealthEdge Customer Forum’s privacy notice, which is located at [https://healthedge.com/privacy-policy/ …]. 

 

Throughout the duration of your participation in the Customer Forum, you may receive periodic communications from HealthEdge. By participating in the Customer Forum, (i) you consent to communications from HealthEdge regarding your participation in the Customer Forum; (ii) you agree to make best efforts to respond promptly to communications from HealthEdge that require your response; and (iii) you consent to HealthEdge providing you with additional information about the Customer Forum and other HealthEdge products or services. To request a copy or removal of the personal data that HealthEdge has collected as part of your participation in the Customer Forum, email [email protected] (requests submitted only apply to data related to the Customer Forum). If you would like to stop receiving communications from HealthEdge, you may do so by electing to leave the Customer Forum at any time. 

 

Customer Forum Participation Requirements 

Throughout the duration of the your participation in the Customer Forum: 

  • Anyone can apply to be a participant in the Customer Forum; all applications will be reviewed for approval.  
  • Comply with Customer Forum’s Code of Conduct. 
  • Participants’ contributions should be unbiased and free of any conflict of interest. As such, please refrain from commenting about affiliates or competitors’ products, services, or other offerings. 

 

You will not use the Customer Forum: 

  • To gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any HealthEdge or third-party service, device, data, account, or network. 
  • To financially enrich yourself, any member of the Forum, or any third party. 
  • In a way prohibited by law, regulation, governmental order, or decree. 

 

I understand that I may be exposed to information about the HealthEdge products, services and ideas that may not have been disclosed to the public (collectively, the “Confidential Information”). I shall maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information disclosed to me in connection with the Customer Forum and shall hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence. I further agree to refrain from disclosing or using Confidential Information for any purpose other than participating in the Customer Forum. The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information shall survive termination and continue for five (5) years. 

 

Customer Forum Termination or Suspension 

We may suspend or terminate the Customer Forum at any time at our sole discretion. We will give you notice before we suspend or terminate the Customer Forum, except in cases in which we reasonably believe we need to suspend or terminate the Customer Forum immediately. 

 

Providing Feedback 

If you or the any member of the group gives feedback about any HealthEdge software, products, services, or documentation, the information you give to HealthEdge will be without charge, and include the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires HealthEdge to license its software, products, services, or documentation to third parties because HealthEdge includes your feedback in them. These rights survive the T&Cs. 

 

Waiver and Severability 

The failure of HealthEdge to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions in these T&Cs will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part or provision of these T&Cs is found to be unenforceable, such part or provision may be modified to make the T&Cs as modified legal and enforceable. The balance of the T&Cs will not be affected. 

 

Relationship with HealthEdge 

You acknowledge that your participation in the Customer Forum does not create a partnership, agency, or employer-employee relationship with HealthEdge or its suppliers. You will not make any statements on behalf of HealthEdge or its suppliers about HealthEdge, its suppliers, or any of HealthEdge’s or its suppliers’ products or services.
