Enterprise Transformation Assessment
Conducting an Enterprise Transformation Assessment is a critical first step in your journey to selecting and ensuring readiness to embark on the project. The assessment is designed to work backward from your desired future state by evaluating the current state of your operations and ecosystem, and then defining the enterprise-wide transformation, scope, costs and return on investment necessary to gain approval.
If you have already conducted your Enterprise Transformation Assessment, we can move directly to the HealthEdge One Assessment. This is a targeted assessment designed to evaluate the scope, cost and timeline to implement the HealthEdge One solution as part of your Enterprise Transformation program.

This service offering applies to all new customers and provides complete Transformation support throughout the implementation and migration to the HealthEdge platform. Assesses organizational readiness, program governance, requirements and capability needs (people, process and technology); Defines comprehensive transformation strategy, scope, approach, budget and program plan for the Execute phase; Ensures transformation program is aligned with the Health Plans overall program and product roadmap; Program management and governance of all implementation activities; HealthEdge-led business and technical configuration; HealthEdge product training and train the trainer
COLLABORATE
Shared End-to-End Transformation Lifecycle Support
This service offering is available to existing customers with HealthEdge experience who are looking to expand their use of the product across new Lines of Business or additional products. Applies to customers able to support the majority of the build scope, those with HealthEdge experience, or those working with an implementation partner. Assesses organizational readiness, program governance, requirements and capability needs (people, process and technology); Defines comprehensive project scope, approach, budget and project plan for the Execute phase; Ensures transformation program is aligned with the Health Plans' overall program and product roadmap; Project management and governance of all implementation activities; Shared business and technical configuration; HealthEdge product training and train the trainer
